USING OUR WEBSITE
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are shopping with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you give us is true and complete. Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its security, use bots or other automated tools without our permission, or attempt any kind of fraud. We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
OUR PRODUCTS
We take care to describe and photograph our essential oils, orgonite and other spiritual products as accurately as possible. Because many of our pieces are handmade or come from natural materials, small differences in colour, shape, size and scent are normal and part of their character. Colours on your screen may also look slightly different from the real item. Decorative items shown in photos are not included unless the product description says so. Availability can change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors in prices or descriptions at any time.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON ESOTERIC AND SPIRITUAL PRODUCTS
Our products are intended for spiritual practice, personal wellbeing, relaxation and decoration. Any descriptions of energetic or spiritual properties reflect traditions and beliefs and are not scientifically proven. Our products are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. They are no substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional.
SAFE USE OF ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils are highly concentrated. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, they are not for internal use and should be diluted before being applied to the skin. Keep them out of reach of children and pets, avoid contact with your eyes, and test a small amount on your skin first if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor before use. Always follow the safety information on the label and the product page.
ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
The products on our website are not a binding offer from us. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer in stock, if a price or product was shown in error, if a technical problem occurs or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies. All prices include German VAT, and orders are only shipped once we have received full payment.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within Germany only. Shipping is free, and orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. You can find more details in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable German and EU consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and your legal warranty rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
All content on our website, including texts, images, logos and designs, belongs to Zivorimex or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. When you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to use it for marketing purposes without exclusivity, and you confirm that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
PRIVACY AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Our website works with outside service providers such as payment providers and shipping companies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
LIABILITY
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable if an essential contractual obligation is breached, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
CHANGES AND APPLICABLE LAW
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by German law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
